A customer was unable to access the system due to problems with either our system, or problems with the customer’s system.

A customer has signed up but has not used any of the allotted bandwidth or bytes associated with the product.

A customer was billed erroneously and has not used any of the allotted bandwidth or bytes associated with the product.
